18th Century George III Irish Burr Walnut & Gilt Mirror by Jackson of Dublin

About the Item

A Circa 18th century mirror from the renowned Irish family of glass grinders and mirror manufacturers - Jackson of Dublin Ireland. In a largely untouched condition this impressive George III mirror is veneered in a warm mid-brown burr walnut and has carved gilt and gesso borders and embellishments. Sourced from the Newgrove Estate County Down There is a similar one in the White House as you can see from the photo with secretary Blinken .
