FIRST HALF OF THE 18th CENTURY CARVED AND GILDED WOODEN MIRRORS
About the Item
These mirrors in carved and gilded pine wood and made in the Marche region around the first half of the 18th century, represent an elegant expression of the craftsmanship of the time. The carved details reflect the artist's craftsmanship, lending a sophisticated and ornamental touch. Finally, the gilding adds a regal luster, underlining the opulence of the period. The mirrors, mercury silvered. they retain their authenticity and are finely decorated with a phytomorphic cymatium. Despite some small flaws, they carry with them the patina of age, adding charm and history to these unique pieces.
