About the Item
Mirror with pompadour. Molded and polychrome alabaster. Twentieth century.
Mirror made of molded alabaster with polychrome inspired by European models from the 18th century and the decorative elements present in them, to which a certain more modern air is added. On the crest, a rockery is reminiscent of Rococo works, while the plant elements have an Art Nouveau air, for example. Certain architectural details are reminiscent of classicist works from the 19th century.
