Signed round Swedish brown oak wood wall mirror with leather strap designed by renowned Uno & Östen Kristiansson and produced by Vittsjö möbel in Sweden circa 1960s. The handmade Scandinavian modern mirror of high quality which has a width of 45 cm / 17.72 inches, a height of 62 cm / 24.41 inches with leather strap and a depth of 5 cm / 1.97 inches shows great craftsmanship and stays in very good original vintage condition with minor characteristic wear consistent with age and use.
Reduced to simplicity this cool and elegant vintage piece which is still bearing its decal which reads Vittsjömöbel, Made in Sweden, design Östen Kristiansson is perfect for any Midcentury or Scandinavian Modern design interior especially with furniture by Finn Juhl, Grete Jalk and Hans Wegner.
