Vintage Italian Baroque Style Mirror
About the Item
A handsome and stylish vintage Italian Baroque style mirror. Expertly hand-applied and glazed silver aluminum leaf on a wood frame hand carved by Italian artisans. The top of the mirror is ornate with floral organic shapes. The organic shapes continue in a more minimal fashion around the sides and bottom of the frame. Late 20th Century.
This mirror has impressive proportions and a lovely, aged patina.
This piece has a “Made in Italy stamp on the back.”
In very good condition. Gentle wear with age and use, mostly noticeable on a few small areas on the back.
This elegant piece would make a great addition to any bedroom, bathroom, powder room, living room or prominent hallway.
