About the Item
Handcrafted in the 1960s by master artisans of Murano, this vintage Venetian mirror is a testament to the exquisite craftsmanship of Venetian artisans... It features a frame adorned with crystal-clear, spiral-twist rods interspersed with shimmering glass elements, all in Murano glass. This elegant frame is further embellished with eight delicate pink glass rosettes, each secured with glass nails. The mirror itself is comprised of eight hand-engraved and etched panels, showcasing the renowned "Rovescio" technique. The condition of the mirror is good; all parts are intact with no damage. The mirror has foxed and oxidised in several panels, which do add a sense of depth to the piece.
