About the Item

This is a superb bed which is decadently adorned in dor'e gilt bronze with figures and flaming septres and inlaid in tortoise with brass. The bed is part of an entire set including a dresser, a commode or nightstand, and a grand mirrored armoire. The bed measures overall 85.5 long x 52.5 wide x 75 tall and the inside dimensions for the mattress and boxspring measures 55.5 wide x 78 inches long which is slightly smaller than a standard queen 80 x 60. A custom mattress will definitely be required and I can even help to source one for you. The bed is in good condition with no major issues or missing inlay, lifted inlay or any other problems aside from normal signs of use and minor wear.
