Bed, dark cherry wood, resin gilt sculptures by R. BARNI
“When the summits meet, my house will have a roof”. Inspired by this prophecy by Eluard, Barni and Natalini created a bed of the imagination. In the square space of archetypes and antinomies, the principles of the animus , with love and the “activa et contemplativa” life, are born and die. On the tapered columns of “ Antiquam”, the four sculptures are the symbols of time and light, they watch over the world of opposites, the cosmology and the realm of dreams, the rituals of regeneration and intimate immensity.
