Pine Nightstand with One Door and One Drawer

About the Item

Larger than most, this pine nightstand is an unusual variation on a common theme. The top has a step-down routed edge with concave molding beneath, to form a crown. The sides are paneled with the stiles running top to floor to form the feet. A single hand-cut dovetailed drawer, flanked by low-profile teardrop corbels, sits above the paneled door, framed with the wood grain running side to side, to allow three strips of reeding to be incised laterally across the board.
