Written and edited by Otakar Marcel in collaboration with the Vitra and Embru archives, and published in 2006 by Van Hezik-Fonds 90 Publishers. Each entry features a thumbnail photograph plus curatorial information including chair type, designer, year of design, manufacturer, material of tubular frame, and materials of seat and back. Extensive bibliography per country at the end, with blurbs on designers and makers. A veritable bible for researching and documenting tubular steel chairs. Some bumping and soiling to extremities.
