Battersea Enamels Selected and Described with a Signed Introduction By Egan Mew. Published by The Medici Society, London, 1926. Rare Signed 1st Ed hardcover, inscribed by the author with a 2 page letter (laid in) to Mrs. Radford thanking her for allowing the author to use many of her Battersea pieces in the books illustrations. With 27pp, 72pp of illustrations, of which 6 pages are in color. This book traces the history of English Battersea enamels of the mid eighteenth century which are now housed in well-known Museums or private collections. One of a very few books on the subject.
