The Collection of Suzanne Saperstein, 'Fleur de Lys,' Beverly Hills, California. Sotheby's: New York, April 19, 2012. 314 lots are fully described and photographed in full-color. From the socialite's Beverly Hills mega-mansion. The collection comprises mainly 18th century French and Italian furniture and decorative arts, as well as a selection of Russian works of art and Old Master paintings, with important examples by some of the most renowned cabinetmakers, including: Andre-Charles Boulle, Henri Jacob and Jean-Francois Leleu. After an international bidding war, a Westside mansion often described as a French palace sold for $102 million in 2014, making it the most expensive residential sale ever recorded in Southern California. A rare and hard to find catalog.
