About the Item
This is the complete set of the 12 monthly issues that were ever printed of "Flair", which at the time of its production was very stylish and innovative, it folded after only one year due to the exceptionally high cost of production. Each issue had a cutout front and overlay as can be seen in the last two images, there was color and black and white printing and different sizes of paper within each magazine. They are full of fashion adverts and articles, as well as cosmetics, perfume and cars. There are many travel articles to places like Morocco, Spain, Africa and Sicily, one issue is dedicated to Paris and another to London. This is an excellent set which are still in their original binders. They will appeal to vintage fashion collectors and anyone with an interest in the 1950s lifestyle.
