DESCRIPTION: FIRST EDITION WITH THE GILT ARMS OF NAPOLEON. 1 vol., (ii)32pp(i), 7-7/8" x 5-1/8", bound in full tan tree calf, with the imperial arms of Napoleon stamped on both covers, covers bordered with roll of interlocking rings, gilt decorated spine, gilt lettered red morocco spine label, marbled pastedowns and endpapers, textblock edges sprinkled red and blue. CONDITION: Internally clean and bright, inner and outer hinges fine, head and foot of spine rubbed with some minor loss, overall VERY GOOD.
