(The Pluralisms of Creation in Europe and the United States since 1968 seen through the collections of the Deutsches Architekturmuseum in Frankfurt.) This first edition of the book was published on the occasion of the exhibition of the same name, co-produced with the Center de Création Industrielle and the Deutsches Architekturmuseum, presented from February 21 to April 22, 1985. This book takes up the outline of this exhibition, which presents a panorama of various architectural trends from 1968 to 1985 in Europe and the United States through the collections of the German Museum of Architecture in Frankfurt, inaugurated in 1984. It is also an extension of the Images et Imaginaires d'Architecture event presented at the Center Pompidou by the CCI in 1984. A set of two hundred original drawings, thirty-five models, and a few paintings and sculptures testify to a new plurality of research and the current proliferation of architectural creation.
