About the Item

Beautiful bronze pendant with the popular Reindeer Moss look designed by Hannu Ikonen for Valo Koru, Finland 1970s. Naturally patina with dramatic relieffs. Halfcircle shaped. Good vintage condition. Size of pendant: 6.5cmW x 4.5 cmH. Length of chain (double): 31 cm. Hannu Ikonen worked in both silver and bronze producing for the Finnish firm of Valo-Koru throughout the 1970s. His famous “Renmoosblüte” / Reindeer moss jewelery was the new Finnish impulse of jewelry making with their sculptural quality of a natural theme.
