Jade 18K Gold Ring
About the Item
This impressive 18K gold & jade ring was designed & custom made by Merrin jewelers of New York in the 1960’s. It features a spectacular sculpted setting with a huge solid domed dark green jade. The thick textured heavy gold shank is artistically hand crafted in a stunning motif of abstract intertwining vines. This vine design boldly surrounds & supports the large “gum drop” shape jade stone resting securely within the solid 18K gold setting. This unique unisex ring was hidden away for more than forty years & definitely makes a statement. The ring is stamped 18K & displays the “crowned” Merrin hallmark. Condition is very good to excellent.
