About the Item
Vintage British scale from the first half of the 20th century.
In very good condition ready to use or display. The brass pan has age-related tarnishing as one would expect after such a long time but it still looks remarkably clean and bright.
It was manufactured under the Viking brand name by F.J Thornton & Co. England.
The scale itself measures: 8'H x 12.25"W x 9.50" D
It comes with a slate tile pad that measures: 17.75" W x 6" D
The wooden piece carrying the weights measures: 11.50" W x 3.25" D x 3.50 H"
