About the Item
A very fine group of World Globes on pedestal mounts. All printed paper globes. A large Globe Metrique by G. Thomas, Paris. Mounted on metal on an ebonized wood base. Measures: Height 19", diameter 10"
another large sized one Globe Terrestre by J. Forest. Mounted on a carved walnut stand. Measures: Height 18", diameter 9". The smallest globe, labeled Globe Terrestre, Cartes Taride Paris. Mounted on an ebonized base. Measures: Height 12 1/2", diameter 6", some scrapes to wood
Condition: All globes with age staining, G. Thomas one with some creases, and the largest globe has a mark from tape removal however the group presents exceptionally well.
