21th Century Italian Sterling Silver Console Miniature with Mirror
About the Item
Console miniature in 925 silver with mirror and marble top, wooden details.
This miniature was made in 925 silver with the fusion technique.
The supports under the top depict three sirens while the friezes on the wood are festoons with flowers and love knots.
On the marble top rests a sculpture, also cast, depicting two horses.
Against the background of the console is a baroque silver mirror with an antiqued mirror.
On the frame of the mirror are depicted Angels, flowers, birds and volute designs, typical of the Italian Baroque.
The "Creazioni Sacchetti" silverware workshop closed down years ago and all the modeling was destroyed. Therefore it is no longer possible to replicate their creations.
