Unique brass colored horse head tape dispenser, heavy cast metal construction made by Ted Arnold Ltd in the 1960s. Marked inside the horse head.
Very nice patina, some loss of color, please refer to the photos.
Ted Arnold took ordinary functional items of purpose and turned them into decorative art pieces.
