A super collectable piece of Victorian Maritime memorabilia, this by repute was used for encouraging young sailors to climb the masts to bring in the sails during storms which as you can imagine, they weren’t to happy to do!
The condition is 100% period perfect, it is a lovely decorative piece and a great conversation piece
