Stylish antique brass altar set with a bronzed corpus of Christ.
This beautifully designed AND very well executed, medieval style altar set is all handcrafted in the European Arts and Crafts era. The perfectly identical and very aesthetically pleasing bases are hand-hammered and their solid bronze or brass feet both literally and figuratively lift them up. In the daytime this superb condition and meaningful set is an Arts & Crafts work of religious art on your credenza or sidetable and with the candles burning in the evenings it gives this set into an even more spiritual and meaningful presence. The relatively small corpus looks like it has at some point in time been repaired around the knees, but you will only be able to notice from really up close. This highly stylish set also has an amazing patina and this altar set will still be here when you and we are long gone. May it inspire you and generations after you to be the best version of you.
