American Compass Placed in Its Original Box of Turned Brass

About

Dry compass placed in its original box of turned brass enclosed by a protective glass and complete with lid, signed S. Thaxter & Son Boston of the late 19th century. Eight-wind compass card printed on paper by engraving on copper plate, complete with goniometric circle. Excellent condition fully functional. Measurements diameter 7.5 cm, height 4 cm. Shipping insured by Lloyd's London; it is available our free gift box (look at the last picture).
