Art Deco Table or Desk Top Brass Mounted 7" Double Convex Magnifying Glass

About the Item

Art Deco desk/table top adjustable magnifying glass. A 7" diameter double convex lens in an open topped brass frame suspended between two vertical posts rising from a stepped two-tier plinth base. The vertical posts stepping in to half width just above the he point where the lens is attached. The lens frame is joined to the supports by gilded mounts and secured with silver plated hexagonal knobs.
