"Monumental 19th century English general store balance by Reuben Sutcliffe of Manchester. Made from Iron with a rich nickel plated finish. The company traded on Thomas Street, Manchester, Uk, from about 1825 until after the turn of the 20th century. The founder being George Sutcliffe
