The company specialized in streamline equipment for airplanes and would periodically go into the automotive field with race cars and streamline bodies . This study may be based on the 1932 rear engined teardrop car called the Arrow Plane for customer Lyman Voelpel a wealthy Chicagoan and may have served as inspiration for six McQuay-Norris Cars built during that period and into 1934.
