Yellow ashtray manufactured by Helit, citrca 1980. The bottom is marked, Helit 84005 made in Germany. In good original condition, with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. Material: Plastic Dimensions: ø 20,5 cm x H 6,5 Designed by Walter Zeischegg in 1967 for Helit, in Ulm, Germany. The Helit company name was created by combining the founder's name Hefendehl and bakelite - the name of the plastic used for production in the 1920s.
