A paper mache - cardboard ride on toy horse - pull toy - horse pull toy with a boy on top. The boy wears a stylish blue costume suit with leather boots. He is sitting in the saddle, his feet in the horse stirrups and holding the rein. The paper mache horse toy is standing on a wooden plate with wooden wheels. This beautiful large framed painting dates from 1939
and was made and signed by J.Geerts.
The beautiful frame is thick, made from wood and plaster and gold colored with relief design in.
A great painting - wall decoration for someone who collects antique horse toys, antique toys, dolls, bears etc ..
As it dates from 1939 it does have some little traces by age and use.
