Amethyst large bookends, 1970s. Amethyst is a gemstone. These Amethyst bookends are created from an Amethyst geode. It has a flat cut base and is sliced ??in the middle. Amethyst is a purple type of quartz. Amethyst works protective, purifying, relaxing, brings harmony and inner peace. Amethyst is found all over the world, but mostly in Uruguay and Brazil. The 2 gems are smooth on the front and rough in some spots on the back and top. The stones have natural cracks. The details can be seen in the photos. The measurements are 19,5 cm high, 12,5 cm wide and the depth is 6,5 cm. The total weight is 5470 grams.
