An oversize pair of Art Deco bronze and copper plated Trojan horse bookends on thick, copper plated plinth. Original bottom and label on one bookend.
Shown with life size hand model.
CREATOR Metal Corp. Los Angeles.
DATE OF MANUFACTURE c.1930-1940.
MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES Metal, Copper/Bronze Finish, New Felt to one.
CONDITION Good. Minor wear consistent with age and use. Slight raising of finish at base of both horses. One small segment of copper missing on back of mane of one horse.
