Measurements H 84 x W 66 x D 64 (step depth 24) cm
The staircase was built in the eighteenth century in carved solid walnut.
The particular decorative motif is defined as a spool and derives from the shape of wooden spools defined precisely spools.
This type of wood sculpture creates movement to the composition making the ladder distinctly decorative.
Composed of four steps, it is suitable to be collated next to bookcases in studios and living rooms to facilitate the consultation of higher books. It can also be used as a decorative element, on which to rest cachepot and vases with plants. It can be combined with antique furniture but also in rooms furnished with contemporary taste.
