A large English camphor wood box with brass accents from the early 20th century. Born during the Turn of the century, this English camphor wood trunk features a rectangular lid accented with brass braces, that opens to reveal a convenient storage area, ideal to accommodate linens, blankets or perhaps books. The sides are fitted with brass handles, allowing the trunk to be moved easily. With its linear Silhouette and warm patina, this English camphor wood box circa 1900 will be an excellent decorative accent, perhaps placed at the foot of a bed or used as a coffee table.
