Orientalist Bronze of Young Boy, ca. 1890
About the Item
This very endearing sculpture of a young Orientalist boy is artist signed "M. Picciole." His face carries a gentle smile and is a pleasing pose, and one which we always give joy to the owner. It is pictured in the Berman Abage, four volume set, #408, page 85 top right. It also bears the foundry mark. Nice patina and quality casting make for a desirable bronze.
