Art Deco Red Vintage Metal Coat Stand Hofmann and Augenfeld, circa 1930
About the Item
The dark red lacquered coat stand or valet by Hofmann and Augenfeld consists of tube steel and is easy to disassemble in three parts.
The both architects Felix Augenfeld and Karl Hofmann worked together in the 1920s and 1930s and furnished for the Werkbundsiedlung. Felix Augenfeld and Karl Hofman worked in the circle of Josef Frank.
The coat stand shows its original condition with signs of age.
