A regal red silk velvet pillow incorporating a 19th-century embroidered gold metallic ecclesiastical cream silk textile, featuring the letters I-H-S, fleur-de-lis, scrolled acanthus leaves, and heavily embroidered gold metallic flowers on the four sides. It is a luxurious and beautifully crafted piece. The regal red ball trim and gold silk back, along with the down-filled insert, add to its opulence.
