Fantastic example of a great folk art in a 19th wool crazy and pin wheel tied quilts. this is similar to a wool sampler quilt . It has pin wheels , log cabin blocks and small strips and pieces with variations of both. The condition of the wool and wool challis is fantastic. the backing is a wonderful indigo calico wool challis print.
