The 'Esme' throw blanket is designed by Folk Textiles—a LA based brand dedicated to thoughtful living. This textile is woven on a Dobby loom in the UK using sustainably-dyed organic cotton from Italy.
The 'Esme' pattern in particular is inspired by the ceremonial architecture of Mesoamerican pyramids. These mesmerizing ancient structures were a gathering space for ceremonies, rituals and celestial observation.
Use this gorgeous textile as a foot warmer at the end of your King or Queen bed, or on your sofa as an oversized throw. It also works beautifully folded over on a twin bed.
This blanket features a double weave structure with fringed edges for a lightweight but cozy feel.
The 'Rust' color-way combines cream, brick red and blue gray in an ombre repeat.
