Kurdish Village Rug

About the Item

A good Kurdish village rug from the Greater Hamadan Region. The rug has a large central hooked medallion. The ivory stands out against the dark indigo blue ground, the medallion is surrounded by a floral vine. The rug is in good condition with even wear and medium pile. The rug is suitable for normal domestic use. A very attractive furnishing rug of good size. The rug has been hand washed and is ready for use or display.
