This rug was made with 100% premium, Afghan-sourced Ghazni wool with a cotton foundation. The rich colors are dipped in natural dyes to create an heirloom finish that does not bleed and is meant to last for generations. Sourced through fair trade and sustainable means. Child-labor free. The Rug Mine is the only private retailer in Afghanistan to privately invest in fair trade and sustainable efforts through its own field monitoring efforts.
