About the Item
Hand knotted in our proprietary blend of wool and silk, this 5 x 12 medallion pattern rug joins the European Collection by Rug & Kilim, inspired by one of the most sought-after 18th century Aubusson rug styles of the era with a sophisticated play of beige-brown on green colorway hues.
On the design: Kissed with an elegant red accent in the central motif, the dual medallion floral patterns enjoy a natural depth above the trellis pattern background—a superimposition further remarking the complement of the silk’s natural luster in a light-and-dark play of the light, lending to the versatility as much as the spacious size does in design application. Well suited to hallways, entryways, and other discerning transitional projects.
