Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this lovely vintage circa 1940's Silk Road 100% wool pile rug hand made in China and bought from Liberty's London in the 1970's in the vintage rug store

I have a collection of 12 rugs I’m now listing for sale of all kinds of ages, periods, and sizes, some of them are really quite enormous, this sale is for the rug listed above, all others are listed under my other items
These rugs have all been hoovered, they may have some age related marks and wear, anything of note will be detailed below but please view all the very detailed pictures clearly as they form part of the description around condition
This piece is vintage, hand made in China by Silk Road, its a 100% wool pile rug that was bought from Liberty's London in the 1970's
The condition is very good, the tassels are all present from what I can see and not knotted

Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
