Antique Chinese Art Deco Rug 8'8" x 11'6"

About the Item

The semi-open burgundy field displays a large exuberantly flowering paeony plant at one end, with attendant vases and flowering stems. Matching floral bouquets ornament the other two corners. The open border shows rosettes and sinuous vines. The field runs through the border to the edges, a 1930s innovation.
