Imperial Chinese Design Rug Wool and Silk
About the Item
Chinese Imperial design rug 8 x 5.4 ft
A beautiful contemporary design rug, hand knotted using finest Chinese mulberry silk (60%) and Tibetan highland wool (40%).
Extraordinary fine weave with 150 Tibetan knots per square inch or 232500 knots per square meter.
Consruction: Hand knotted with cut loop pile and carved design. Silk pile stands a little higher than the wool parts, this results a beautiful 3D look.
Our collection of luxurious carpets is made in Nepal, Kathmandu by excellent artesans. Our Collection includes various designs and color palettes.
The feel is soft and cozy thanks to the use of the finest material. The rug is approx. 1/4-1/3 inch high, size 8 x 5.4 ft.
Bespoke orders welcome. We can supply this rug in sizes up to 25 x 20 ft upon customers order. Colors can be adjusted at clients demand. Production time will depend on ordered size.
Interior designers and architects are welcome to have this rug custom made in any size and color combination from 1200 different shades. We work with Pantone and RAL color systems.
