Human Cirlce: Inferno carpet, Handknot in Wool, 200 Kn, Veneziano & Di Virgilio

About the Item

Gianni Veneziano and Luciana Di Virgilio have also explored the deeply symbolic valence of the sphere, however using it as the space for a humanistic reflection on the infinite confrontation between man and woman. Human Circle, Paradiso (for Allover) illustrates this notion by creating a circular decoration that highlights, at its core, the quintessential couple, in calm conversation. Whereas the more complex Human Circle, Inferno (for High Design Rugs) depicts the rings of a beckoning spiral, which allude to Dante's Inferno.
