This was in 1926, the same year in which he painted Conclusion. In this artwork, Kandinsky continues developing his peculiar language and the natural coexistance of physical, geometrical, aesthetic and spiritual concepts. The painting is part of a series of works he made, which were characterized by their use of geometric shapes and bold colors, such as the circle and the triangles construction depicted here. The painting is said to represent the end of a journey or the conclusion of a story. The original Conclusion artwork is currently in a private collection, but you can have it handwoven as a custom rug in your very own home. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. -- ABOUT THE ARTIST: WASSILY KANIDNSKY: Wassily Kandinsky is recognized as a pioneer of abstract art. He was one of the first artists to use purely abstract compositions, abandoning recognizable forms in favor of shapes and colors that were intended to convey emotion and spirituality. Kandinsky’s innovative approach to art continues to be celebrated today for its profound impact on the field of modern art. His work has inspired countless artists, and his influence can be seen in abstract painting, graphic design, and even architecture. “For Kandinsky, art was not just about creating beautiful objects, but about expressing spiritual truths and inner emotion through color and form.” – Vivien Greene, Senior Curator of 19th- and Early- 20th-Century Art at Guggenheim Museum. Kandinsky’s art can be found in various museums and galleries around the world, including the Lenbachhaus Gallery in Munich and the Guggenheim Museum of New York. Additionally, it can also be found in private collections. Now, it can be found in your home too, translated into a refined handmade rug from your favorite Kandinsky painting.
