Kilim Technique Duna Large Rug in Grey by Odosdesign

About the Item

Recalling the desert landscape of the Bedouins DUNA is firmly part of the Mediterranean family of cultures united by the sun and its intense light, a light that fades, that fascinates and that shimmers in the heat. A geometric motif that is dream like, monochromatic and liquid. Designed by Odosdesign for GAN, DUNA is part of the KILIM collection of rugs, and inspired by the nomadic way of life and the use of rugs to construct mobile living spaces. “The idea came about from the combination and su- perimpositions of layers similar to the ones that are used when creating a watercolour painting. So that different grades of transparencies are mixed together and form a monochromatic grid that almost appears to be three dimensional. Additional Information: Material: 100% wool.
