Beautiful small antique Indian Dragon design rug, Country of origin / Rug type: Indian Rugs, Date: circa 1920. Size: 6 ft x 7 ft 10 in (1.83 m x 2.39 m) Dragons are a theme that appears in the artwork of many cultures around the world. This antique Indian rug features two dragons opposing each other. Though they look fierce, they are a symbol of power and are considered benevolent and helpful in Indian culture.
