Hand-knotted in wool, an 8x10 ode to classic rugs witnessing a union of tribal and contemporary aesthetics—from Rug & Kilim’s Burano Collection. The carpet draws on turn-of-the-century antique Oushak rug designs with well-defined floral palmettes in warm orange & gold on a forgiving white backdrop. Connoisseurs may note subtle hints of lavender accenting the off-white backdrop, playing particularly beautifully off the black fringes intrinsic to our style.
