Hand-knotted in wool, this 13x18 ode to Chinese Art Deco rugs is the next addition to Rug & Kilim’s Deco Collection. This collection is a contribution to the style, and our years of studying the craft have allowed us to recreate nearly indistinguishable pieces from the antiques that inspired us. Like many other rugs from this line, this piece boasts large size, fine detail with a thick pile construction.
On the Design:
This 13x18 enjoys a pink field, wide green border, and colorful, curvaceous floral patterns uniting the two in the uniquely regal, yet whimsical style inherent to these rugs.
This particular collectible is an oversized choice - even larger size than those of the Nichols and Fette period.
